Job description

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the web hosting industry
  • Experience with control panel cPanel/WHM
  • A good understanding of the different options when it comes to web hosting (shared hosting, vps, domain names, reseller hosting and dedicated servers.
  • Good on the phone.
  • Experience troubleshooting email problems, DNS, FTP, PHP issues etc.
  • Good internet connection.

Job Responsibilities

  • Taking tech and sales phone calls.
  • Tech support via chat
  • Tech support via email.
