Job description
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the web hosting industry
- Experience with control panel cPanel/WHM
- A good understanding of the different options when it comes to web hosting (shared hosting, vps, domain names, reseller hosting and dedicated servers.
- Good on the phone.
- Experience troubleshooting email problems, DNS, FTP, PHP issues etc.
- Good internet connection.

- Taking tech and sales phone calls.
- Tech support via chat
- Tech support via email.
