Health Coach
£112.50 per day + £20 daily performance-based bonus
20 & 30 hour per week, plus Bank 0-hour available
London – Travel expenses paid

What is the purpose of the role?
As a Health Coach working within our Field division you will deliver exceptionally high-quality health assessments at our Corporate clients’ offices. The role focuses on clinical accuracy, quality, customer service and sales.
The Hours
- 30 hours per week (3x10 hour shifts per week)
- 20 hours per week (2x10 hour shifts per week)
- Bank 0-hour contract
- The majority of shifts will be Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, however flexibility is essential
What’s required
- Confident providing fitness and nutrition advice
- Interest in health & wellbeing
- Clear DBS
- Computer literate
- Ability to work Mon-Friday on a rota-basis
- Ability to work independently and to use own initiative
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Overnight stay if over a 1.75 hour drive away – company paid
- No aversion to taking bloods

What you’ll be doing
- Arrive at our customers offices and set your kit up along with marketing branding ready for the assessment day ahead.
- Undertake a variety of customer service tasks including; greeting customers, dealing with customer complaints or queries and any other tasks that may arise.
- Deliver high quality customer service at all times; engage and make our customers feel at ease and confident about choosing to have a Bluecrest Health Assessment.
- Deliver Health Assessments including; Capillary Blood, PAD, Fitness Assessment tests – and more, in a timely manor
- Look after the medical devices, ensure that all the correct procedures are used to handle them.
- Ensure at the end of each day you are checking your stock and placing orders for more in good time and cleaning your clinic ready for the next day.
- Attend all training as required and keep up to date with clinical and phlebotomy skills and knowledge.
