Stubben Edge Group (SEG) specialises in creating innovative products and technology for financial services and insurance industries. We are growing fast and undertaking a number of acquisitions and new projects - we need a project manager to coordinate the many strands to deliver synergies and efficiencies.

The Role & Attributes Required:
- This is a challenging role that blurs project management responsibilities with the duties of a scrum master in a dynamic start-up environment.
- Working as part of the Stubben Edge planning group, you will coordinate technology planning across multiple products/projects.
- As a project manager, you will plan, review, and analyse progress of work and address production issues during sprints; plan releases and upgrades with Dev Ops; manage resources and manage/mitigate risks and dependencies.
- You will understand priority features, schedule releases into a product roadmap and coordinate sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to work with cross-functional teams to manage project/product releases to meet the needs of the business.
- As a scrum master - ideally for multiple teams, applying agile principles, practices, and theory - you will proactively seek to remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments; you will prioritise the backlog across multiple sources and stakeholders; ensure work is transparent and progress against goals is measured effectively and made available to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to confidently present their work and represent the team/issues at all levels across the business.
Compensation Package: Up to £65K basic + Shared Company Bonus Scheme
