Wise May are looking for an experienced Team Secretary to join a busy Insurance company within the city. The successful candidate will work within the secretarial team to support underwriting teams. You will provide proactive, flexible and professional secretarial support.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with reporting and management information.
  • Diary management for the teams.
  • Creating travel plans and booking and coordinating all travel.
  • Assisting with the arrangements of events.
  • Booking meeting rooms.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
