Job Function / Purpose
The Inside Sales Representative provides support and assistance to the Sales/Business Development team in the Eastern Hemisphere to complete their commercial obligations with the customer and internally.
Essential Duties
Assists in the preparation of proposals and tenders to ensure both uniformity and the highest quality end product across the EH.- Assists completing PQQ and ITT documentation.
- Administers the contract review process. Includes coordinating review of contracts between internal departments and collating feedback and exceptions.
- Contracts administration including flagging renewals, and monitoring contract compliance and effectiveness.
- Globally responsible for the administration of Salesforce.
- Assists in creating and generating SF reports as required.
- Monitors and records wins and losses of proposals and tenders in Salesforce.
- Monitors market share in the region with input from Sales professionals. Communicates North Sea market share to North Sea group.
- Administers proposal folder, maintaining up to date documentation within the database on which proposals are built.
- Assists in compiling monthly feedback from EH Sales and Operations and communicates client recognition to SLB on monthly basis.
- Assists in management of supplier databases and vendor questionnaire responses.
- Assist in organisation of events and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in social media management and engagement.

Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent- 3 years work experience in an office environment
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and able to work within deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to use a computer for accessing and sending e-mails, opening and revising documents, accessing the internet and web-based systems, including Share-Point and ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business from an accredited four year college or university- Experience with oilfield tools and services
- Previous experience in a Sales Administrative role
- Experience in SalesForce and Power BI
