Key Responsibilities
- Producing contracts, simple form leases and transfers.
- Responding to standard enquires.
- liaising with clients & other parties in a transaction.
- Preparing invoices and completion statements.
- Submitting searches and making Land Registry applications.
- Undertaking, reviewing and reporting on search results and title investigations.
- LTT and SDLT Returns.
- Any administrative duties including, file opening and ensuring AML procedures are complied with.
- Conducting legal research.
Requirements
- Law Graduate.
- Experience of conveyancing or commercial property.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of the team.
- Able to demonstrate good time management and organisation skills.
- IT literate.
- Experience with case management systems.
- An interest in Commercial law.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate
Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
