Job Description

At Devoted we provide excellent clinical care to our members through a unique and collaborative approach. We are looking for an Operations Associate that will be a significant contributor to the overall success of the central clinical function for Devoted Medical. This position will be dedicated to the Clinical Education team, which is responsible for the development and implementation of training programs for our clinical team members during the onboarding process and throughout the continuum of professional development. This position will collaborate within the Clinical Education Team to develop a deep understanding of our clinical service lines and their educational and training needs. You will help to manage the environment for learning delivery and manage the logistical needs for learner digestion. You will also promote an organized, positive learning climate to aid with learner engagement and enhance learners abilities to perform new tasks and apply knowledge.
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Collaboration in the development of new workflows, including documenting processes, problem solving desired program elements, and partnership across the organization
- Reporting & Communication - creating technical dashboards, documenting periodic reports, and managing communications to our stakeholders.
- Daily operations of programs - ensure programs are constructed to run as automated as possible, with clear success metrics and quality oversight
- Occasional operational support of Informatics, Compliance and Practice Operations teams
- Engage with teams across the organization to understand Clinical goals and service needs as it relates to Education and Training.
- Manage metrics - understand practice priorities, track best practice adherence and collaborate on solutions to improve performance.
- Communicate frequently with team members and leadership; ensure all follow up tasks are closed out.
- Collaborate on the organizational process for training material archives and maintain material schedule updates
- Development of instructional materials and content for dissemination.
- Support of Instructional Design efforts within content development software as well as audio/visual editing capabilities
- Uploading and publishing elearning modules while supporting updates and continuous improvement strategies.
- Collect and maintain KPI data and ensure integrity of reporting
- Collaboration with program and operational leaders to support the training and communication needs of the organization.
- Serve the clinical teams to introduce Devoted Medical’s internal systems, services, and team culture
- Collaborator within the Clinical Education Team to determine metrics of success (KPIs) of training implementation

- Highly organized and detail driven. You must be able to manage prioritization of multiple projects and ensure excellent time management. The details will ensure success of learners and the organization and therefore you strive for greatness by focusing on the details.

Desired skills and experience:
- Ability to work in a startup, fast-paced environment
- Relentless attention to detail in managing follow ups for our patients
- 2+ years professional experience in Operations or Program Development
- 1 year professional experience in Education/Training Background
- Skills to manage schedules, logistics, purchasing … all the day-to-day details of running a business
- Familiarity with Clinical Staff/Medical Group Operations a plus
- Experience working with various Learning Management Systems and Content Development platforms a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Technology (or related field) strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Utilization of content development and audio/video editing tools a plus
- Experience with working in several different technology platforms and a quick learner to understand new systems
- Interpersonal skills & able to demonstrate flexibility and versatility.
- Experience with project management preferred
Salary Range: $59,000 - $75,000 annually
