  • Job Type: Full-time (20-35 hours per week)
  • Wage/Salary: $15/hour

Youth Employment Services is currently seeking full-time Team Members and Kitchen Staff on behalf of one of our employer partners. Our employer partner is opening a new restaurant and is looking for reliable and punctual individuals with open availability. The successful candidates must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience an asset, but not required!

Responsibilities:

Crew Members

  • Greet guests with a smile and a warm welcome
  • Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions
  • Prepare guest orders which may include dressing burgers and preparing fries
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
  • Ensure adherence to food quality and safety expectations and standards
  • Ensure adequate stock of food items
  • Clean and sanitize restaurant and workspace

Kitchen Staff

  • Prepare guest orders which includes deep frying and/or grilling meat
  • Ensure adherence to food quality and safety expectations and standards
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
  • Ensure adequate stock of food items
  • Clean and sanitize restaurant and workspace

Job Requirements:

  • Reliable and punctual with open availability
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A team player
  • Able to work independently and follow direction
  • Adheres to all established food and safety guidelines
  • Experience as asset, but not required
