Job description
We are looking for HIGH ENERGY PEOPLE to join our Dunkin' team! For our Store located at 700 Route 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755. (Near Aldis)
Crew Members are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.
We need Crew Members to work 7 and/ or 8 hour shifts.
We have the following shifts available everyday of the week.
6:00am to 2:00pm, 7:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 10:00pm
Crew members must commit to at least one weekend day per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and TRAINING PROVIDED ON:
- Providing great guest service
- Ability to communicate with Guests and fellow Team Members
- Cashiering
- Prepare Food and Beverages
- Execute brand marketing plans
- Interior and Exterior Cleaning & Maintenance
