Retail Customer Service Position!
We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our team with the possibility of progressing within our company.
We are advertising an opening for a full-time, Retail/ Customer Service position that can be quick, efficient, and maintain a polite and friendly attitude within the workplace. Good people skills and confidence in handling customers giving sales advice is essential for this job role, along with making a good impression on our customers.
We are a fast-growing company located in Palmers Green, and pride ourselves on our friendly, and welcoming working environment. Full in-house training will be provided by our skilled staff members
Some other main skills that are preferred have been listed below;
- Excellent customer skills and the ability to serve all customers
- Accurate maths skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment
- Must be able to lift boxes, and move stock around warehouse/ shop floor
- Ability to work in both the shop front, and in the warehouse
- Product knowledge
- Punctuality is key
Required working hours are as follows;
Monday - Friday (9am-6pm)

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
