RAW Capital Partners is a specialist lender and boutique asset management business based in
Guernsey. We currently operate in a specialise segment of the mortgage market where we can source high-quality opportunities that other overlook.
We provide secured lending against UK property, primarily to non-UK resident individuals purchasing buy-to-let property.
Meanwhile, we provide our investors with attractive and consistent risk-adjustments returns, a high level of capital security, and fee transparency. It is our aim to grow the fund’s assets under management while continuing to provide investments that perform as investors expect.
Purpose of role
The purpose of the Marketing Executive is to support the growth of the business through attracting and retaining new investment and mortgage business. The person will:
- support the respective business development functions;
- develop tactical, commercially effective, marketing campaigns;
- maintain a strong presence for the company in chosen social media channels;
- use creative skills to develop online and published advertising;
- monitor campaign performance, develop dashboards, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement;
- maintain and develop the company’s website;
- help maintain our marketing database;
- keep informed and share knowledge of current market trends and competitor behaviour;
- be custodian of the company’s brand.

- develop subject matter expertise in order to help the business speak with authority;

Key skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- a marketing qualification, perhaps a marketing degree
- an understanding of and a keen interest in financial services
- digital channel expertise including using Google Ads and/or Google Adwords
- experience of using production tools such as InDesign or Canva
- collaborative with good stakeholder management skills
Other information
The role would be based in London, Guernsey, Southampton, or other location in the UK by negotiation.
Remuneration will dependent on experience with salary range between £28,000 to £40,000 pa.
