We are looking for Team Members who will be at the front line of our business greeting our guests and delivering that unique CUPP customer experience from the very first contact!!

Team Member:

• Provide great service and product knowledge to our customers.
• Serve consistently perfect bubble teas.
• Feel confident in a fast paced working environment.
• Keep a clean and organised working area throughout the day.
• Help provide a great working environment for you and your fellow team members.
• Support the store management team.

To join us you will:

• Be a passionate, energetic hospitality professional or supervisor who cares greatly about fantastic customer service and great team management.
• Have previous hospitality experience showing proven ability to adhere to high company standards and health and safety practices.
• Be flexible to work a range of hours, including weekdays and weekends.

• Worcester, WR1 2QA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Job Type: Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £4.81-£10.00 per hour
