Junior Project Manager
Cold Developments Ltd are actively recruiting a Junior Project Manager to join there fast-growing company, we specialise in commercial refurbishments. Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for someone to join our contracts team. This position would suit someone with construction industry experience or administrator experience.
Position Overview
- Manage fit-out projects from start to finish.
- Develop project plans, including timelines,
- Prepare project heath & Safety packs,
- Coordinate with the projects client’s team and subcontractors,
- Monitor project progress to meet deadlines, This will include attending Prestart meetings, weekly site meetings and handovers.
- Preparation and presentation of project delivery reports to senior management team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction and/or Fitout Project Manager or similar role ~ (1+year)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in reading Drawings
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred

Salary: £22,360 - £28,080
