Creams Café is the UK’s leading Italian Gelato Dessert Restaurant group serving an inspiring range of Waffles, Crepes, Sundaes, Milkshakes, Coffee, Cakes, and our amazing Gelato Ice Cream.

The role: As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for making sure every customer has an enjoyable experience at Creams Cafe.

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Warm, friendly, and entertaining while serving customers
• Able to think on their feet and use their initiative
• Able to cope under pressure
• Demonstrate multitasking with ease
• Able to work as part of the team
• Provide outstanding customer service and be able to anticipate customers needs and expectations
• Maintain high hygiene standards as well as demonstrate food preparation skills
• Provide quality desserts and beverages to all customers according to recipe and presentation standards
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.00 per hour

Experience:

• Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)
