The role
An exciting opportunity for an Agile Delivery Manager to join our delivery team in Content Supply & Distribution. Our product teams are involved in all aspects of the content supply chain at ITV. From scheduling our channels, managing rights and catalogue information, to delivering hit shows to end platforms. We are revolutionising the way that ITV delivers technology. Our deployment frequency has gone from months to days, and now down to hours. Our Agile Delivery Managers have been a key part of that journey, and are part of cross-functional teams that are encouraged to be autonomous and self-organising.

- Aligning priorities across teams and managing the delivery plans within and across product teams;
- Looking for ways to reduce or remove dependencies, making teams as self-sufficient as possible;
- Facilitating the introduction of new services between the product teams and operations;
- Coaching teams to be high performers: empowering teams to self-organise to create a lean and agile organisation with a culture that can constantly adapt to change;
- Work with your teams to maximise throughput with quality, innovation and automation at the heart;
- Distributing release communications and status updates to users and stakeholders and providing insight on predicted and actual velocity and estimates from product teams.
