JOB PROFILE
Job Title: Customer Account Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Location: Swansea/Remote based in the UK
Salary: £23k to £27k depending on experience (+ commission)
Main Purpose of the Role
We are an innovative and rapidly growing software provider to the estate agency market. We strive to provide the best software and customer service to our clients and are continuing to develop new and exciting tools for estate agents.
Our Head Quarters are situated in Swansea and regular visits will be required. This role requires an individual that is confident with sales, motived by results and an excellent communicator.
Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Work closely with marketing on mailshots, website content, social media and in product marketing to target existing customers on specific products/services; qualify any leads generated to drive profitable sales growth
- To grow revenues in line with company targets by developing existing accounts and identifying opportunities to up sell specific products and services, ensuring that the most profitable accounts are prioritised first
- To embed Dezrez products and services into the heart of all our Estate Agent customers
- To deliver engaging presentations at senior contact levels that highlight the benefits of using our software solutions
- To effectively manage data and admin, ensuring our CRM is maintained and up to date in Zoho
- Demonstrate strong commercial ability ensuring that targets and business needs are aligned with customer expectations
- Maintain positive client relationships with current client base and new clients
- To build relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and needs to encourage ongoing and additional sales
- To maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, pricing structure, our competitors, market trends and developments within the industry
- To adhere to health and safety policies and quality management processes.
Skills & Attributes
- Sales experience ideally within estate agency, proptech or SaaS
- Experience of working within a target driven role
- Excellent ability to build and develop relationships
- Persuasive communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- IT literate
- An excellent telephone manner
- A passion for sales
- Strong administrative skills
- A self-starter and able to work on own initiative
- An ability to own, manage and drive a project/task from end to end.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
