Location: Covering our South/South East clinics
Travel: 100%
Reporting to: Operations Director UK

Your Role Will Include:
- Strategic Oversight ️: Craft and implement innovative strategies tailored for your region. Ensure alignment with our mission, leveraging opportunities to further our reach and impact.
- Business Partnering : Act as a bridge between HQ and our clinics. Understand their needs, ensuring that both parties grow harmoniously.
- Operational Excellence ️: Take accountability for all regional operations within your patch. Identify challenges and pivot strategies to ensure consistent performance and growth.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire your team. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Financial Acumen : Oversee budgeting and financial planning for your region, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
You Are:
- Seasoned Leadership: Demonstrating a rich history in senior management with notable achievements in strategic thinking and execution.
- Educated & Proficient: Proudly holding a university degree, ideally in Business Administration or a related field.
- Operational Expert: Experienced in managing diverse operational units, with healthcare industry knowledge seen as a bonus, but not a must.
- Strategic & Client-Focused: You devise strategies that emphasize customer or stakeholder satisfaction at their core.
- Collaborative Networker: You're result-driven, known for your strong collaboration skills, and perhaps have some familiarity with the UK NHS Trusts or similar organizations, though it's not a prerequisite.
- Culturally Astute: While the role is UK-based, you have an appreciation for diverse teams and can comfortably engage with stakeholders from various backgrounds.
