Chester Race Company are recruiting Customer Service Team Members for the 2023 race season at Chester racecourse! Race days are truly something spectacular to be a part of, not only are they set in a stunning location, but they are fast paced, fun and rewarding. With full training provided you will quickly become an expert in delivering a world class level of customer service as part of the ChesterBET team.

Working as a Customer Service Team Member you will be responsible for:
Providing a world class level of service
Taking bets and processing through our touch screen till system (Training is provided!)
Processing cash and card payments
Acting as a first point of contact for general enquiries
The successful Customer Service Team Member will have the following - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED:
A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Enthusiasm for learning new skills
Excellent written and verbal English
Numerical skills (required for taking cash and card payments)
As a requirement of the role, you will receive full training on our bespoke touch screen tills, you will always work in a supervised environment. No prior experience in betting is necessary.
Our rates of pay (The below rates are inclusive of holiday pay)
18+ £12.22 per hour
Shift availability
Our shifts vary! You are in control of the hours you work via our staff app.
Race days are typically 10:00-17:00 or 15:00-21:00 on evening meetings.
