Hybrid working: 2 days in the office per week
Working as the Supporter Engagement Manager will see you manage, improve, and update Regular Giving retention and development communications through a variety of online and offline channels. You'll also develop and maintain Regular Giving reports and dashboards to ensure accurate measurement and monitoring of KPIs - including donor volumes, attrition, retention, average gift, etc.
You'll also help with commissioning insight and analysis projects to help increase donor loyalty and engagement. Plus, you'll work on the development of supporter journeys - improving supporter engagement, cross-sell, loyalty and lifetime value. On top of this, you'll be line managing a Supporter Engagement Officer - inspiring, developing and supervising them to perform their best - and help achieve their objectives.
They are looking for an individual who has substantial experience of managing a variety of direct marketing channels, such as direct mail, email and telephone. It would be ideal if the successful candidate has experience of preparing and presenting management reports, and is knowledgeable when it comes to audience listening, research and insights. Moreover, a strong understanding of the legal and data protection requirements relating to both offline and digital direct marketing activities is essential, with the ability to implement this knowledge.
