Sheffield Sales and depot Assistant
Hours of work:
Wednesday 10am to 6pm
Sunday 10am to 4pm
Hourly rate: £10.10ph
As the leading home improvement Company in Yorkshire, Coral Windows are seeking to fill a new and exciting position at our Sheffield Showroom/Depot situated close to Meadow Hall Shopping Centre.
We are looking for someone who is an enthusiastic, presentable, responsible and dynamic individual who can evaluate a situation and adapt quickly to ensure a high standard of customer service is always maintained and meet the required business KPIs for the branch.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
· Contact prospective customers to gain customer feedback of their experience with the company along with gathering market research information .
· Collate and report on Management Information of the branch performance.
· Process Customer contractual information including providing personal finance information and the processing of online applications.
· Responsible for identifying and order showroom/depot consumable stock.
· Part dealing with on going contract work such as customer service roles.
· Locking and unlocking premises
Experience & Skills required:
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Previous experience of working in a showroom is desirable and training will be provided.
· Experience working on desk top computers.
· Highly organised and methodical in approach to daily tasks
· Excellent attention to detail
We are close to public transport from Meadow hall and free parking is included. This is an ideal role for someone looking to join a friendly and productive team on a part time basis.

Part-time hours: 14 per week
Salary: £10.10 per hour
