35 Hours or 40 Hours Per Week Contracts Available
2 days per week in accommodation cleaning & then varied roles throughout the resort.

We are looking to recruit Multi-Skilled Team Members to come and join our team at Butlin's!
About the Role:
A role like no other, our Multi-Skill Team Members have the opportunity to learn multiple skills and work across different departments across the resort. Perfect if you love variety, keeping busy and getting stuck in.
For 2 days per week, you will work in our accommodation cleaning team, making sure our rooms are clean and fault free for our guests. For the rest of your hours, you can work in a number of departments including guest catering, bars, restaurants or as a lifeguard in our Splash Swimming pool. We will give you all the skills and training needed in any area you are working in.
About You
We're looking for individuals who want to get stuck in and make a difference to our guests. Your experience is less important to us than your mindset and desire to learn new skills.
If you have aspirations to progress, this role is also a great opportunity to experience some of the core operational areas in the business and develop your skills and confidence.
You should enjoy working in a team full of like minded people and have great attention to detail to ensure we're always doing the best we can for our guests.
