Service Manager for the Digital Operations and Service Delivery Department.
The Operations and Service Delivery department are responsible for the successful delivery of services to the organisation, from Service Desk taking calls and providing initial support and information, to enabling business outputs through the network, server infrastructure and devices. Underpinning the provision of services are effective and efficient processes and following best practices.
The Service Manager is pivotal to successful service delivery with the governance and application of ITIL Service Management, and best practice in general. By embodying service management as the methodology to ensure efficient service delivery and business value generation.
The role will work closely with our key business stakeholders, Heads of Service, Relationship Managers and Service leads in general to influence and promote the adoption of ITIL Service Management practices and key concepts, and best practices in general, across Digital Information Services (DTS), and beyond where appropriate.
You will have:
- Demonstrable experience of ITIL and best practice methodology implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrable analysis, problem management and solution design experience
- Experience of configuring and managing service management tools
