Job description

The role of the Team Member is to deliver a world-class experience and big-time fun for jumpers, climbers and fun-seekers from Toddlers to Teens and adults. Ensuring safety is paramount, through a solid knowledge and execution of industry and business standards and procedures, you will ensure everyone has fun in a safe and secure environment.

The Team Members role is to consistently engage with customers, delivering games, competitions, activities and events that ensure customers want to come back again and again. These activities will also include SEN sessions, to ensure every child has a great experience with Boost.

Team Members will also be the heroes during our themed events, creating an exciting atmosphere, engaging with the customers, ensuring everyone has a brilliant time.

Team Members will need to be comfortable being on the microphone and being centre of attention, dancing skills are a bonus!

Key Responsibilities;

The Team Members are the guardians of both fun and safety. They will have the confidence and skills to guide jumpers and climbers to have fun safely along with the skills to deliver on-court activities, sessions and games, specifically:​

  • Run Toddler sessions for the under-five's, engaging them in age-appropriate activities​
  • Engage with customers on court, every shift, there are no lifeguards at Boost
  • Use the microphone to inform customers of imminent activities, to build excitement and drive engagement. Continued use through the activities.​
  • Run games, competitions and other forms of engagement to deliver the best and most fun experience​
  • Ensure H&S regulations are followed at all times, feedback to the management team if you have any concerns, or require support​
  • Be on time, for every shift​
  • Complete all the training relevant to your role by the deadlines provided​
  • Advertise and sell upcoming events and sessions​
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey in your park

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Salary: £8.45-£10.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Leicester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
