Duties and Responsibilities:
You'll lead a team of visual merchandising Partners to proactively meet Customer needs through replenishing and managing stock, creating beautiful product displays and ensuring the shop is ready to trade with excellent on shelf availability. The role drives the delivery of a truly inspirational and differentiated shopping experience for John Lewis customers working with our Merchandising, Operations and Selling Partners as well as senior stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
You will act as an ambassador for the John Lewis brand, playing your part in delivering outstanding service through exceptional communication and engagement with our customers.
Desirable experience skills and qualifications:
- Visual merchandising experience
- Retail management or front line customer service management
- Stakeholder management
