Team Manager, Intensive & Specialist Support Service
£45,395 to £49,379 per annum (Scale L)
1 x 37 hrs per week, permanent contract based at County Hall
1 x 37 hrs per week, permanent contract based at North Norfolk District Council, Cromer/ Havenbridge House, Great Yarmouth
Two exciting opportunities have arisen, to join the management team of the Intensive and Specialist Support Service. The Intensive and Specialist Support Service provides time-limited, relationship and evidence-based interventions to vulnerable children and families. The Intensive and Specialist Support Service works alongside case holding practitioners in Family Assessment and Safeguarding Teams (Child in Need and Child Protection) and Family Support Teams (Targeted Early Help) to improve outcomes and change the lives of vulnerable children and families.
The Intensive and Specialist Support Service is a key part of Norfolk Children’s Services team around the practitioner model and actively promotes Norfolk’s Vital Signs for children. The Intensive and Specialist Support Service is made up of a range of different services and practitioners including Intensive Support Workers, Domestic Abuse Workers, Substance Misuse Workers and Adult Mental Health Workers.
We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, dynamic, professionals who can lead and manage high performing multi-disciplinary teams.
The interview process will consist of a competency-based interview. If this is successful, a further safe care (Warner) interview will follow.
