Role Profile: Team Manager
Team: Operations
Salary: £29k-£37k per year (dependant on qualifications and experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours/Mon-Fri – Permanent
Location: Hybrid working (office in Sutton Coldfield, and remote working)
An organisation that helps others! This not-for-profit organisation is looking to recruit a Team Manager to join the Operations team. The Team Manager manages end to end delivery of operational contracts managed by Auriga to support and assist people with handling their problem debt to improve their financial situation and wellbeing. To ensure outstanding service delivery to clients, trustees and external customers, achieving service levels, motivating their team to work for a range of diverse contracts aimed to improve people’s problem debt, financial situation and wellbeing.

The successful Team Manager will have the ability:
- To be able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing people and processes;
- To have knowledge in customer service and process improvement;
- To have strong interpersonal skills both in formal and informal situations with the ability to adapt style to suit circumstances;
- To have effective active listening techniques;
- To be able to understand and encourage others to contribute and debate ideas;
- To have high level verbal, written and presentation skills;
- To have attention to detail;
- To be enthusiastic and resilient;
- To have the ability to monitor and maintain own performance targets;
- To have the ability to work under pressure and plan own workload;

- Office hours between 9:00am – 17:00pm;
