Synchronised Solution is recruiting an Assistant Veterinary Surgeon to work in a very well established small animal veterinary practice in Chelmsford. The 3 vet practice has a friendly and very experienced team The veterinary practice is dedicated to delivering exceptional care.
The practice offers a full range of veterinary services and is equipped with state of the art equipment including access to CT Imaging, Endoscopy and MRI. Candidate should have at least 2 years small animal practice experience. You should be able to work in a busy environment.
There are excellent long term prospects for the right candidate, with career development and specialism actively encouraged. You must have a strong client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically and have the drive and ambition to help develop this practice further. There are also partnership opportunities for the right candidate.
The role allows for a good work life balance by working 39 hours a week over 4 days. You will also be part of a 1:3 Saturday rota. The practice is also supported by a nearby 24 hour veterinary hospital.
Location details: The veterinary practice is located in Chelmsford. Chelmford is a city and the county town of Essex, in the East of England. It is located in the London commuter belt, approximately 30 miles (50 kilometres). Salary and benefits: This is a 4 day week role and you will have to work 1 in 3 Saturdays. There is on offer a very competitive salary package up to £50000 per year including permanent yearly accommodation allowance. A car is also provided or allowance as well as generous CPD with 3 days paid CPD leave and in house training allowance. VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid.
