We are currently looking for a Delivery Team Leader to join the team, based at our Swansea branch:

You will be responsible for supporting on and drive an efficient, effective and successful delivery service from the nominated Delivery Centre / Hub. You will ensure a safe working environment for all whilst providing excellent customer, colleague and stakeholder experience at all times.
Key duties will include:-
- Drive a performance management culture through the Delivery Centre / Hub encouraging best practice leadership, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve the best results.
- Act as a Champion for the Company Values ensuring they are embedded effectively into the Delivery Centre / Hubs.
- Own all of the Transport elements of Customer Service for delivery from the Delivery Centre / Hub, meeting or exceeding all Customer Satisfaction targets and scores.
- Manage and maintain the vehicle routing application (Paragon) for optimal results.
- Lead and support on availability through daily activity scheduling.
- Achieve all company targets, objectives and KPI’s in order to run a profitable business.
- Build effective working relationships and communicate effectively with Head Office teams, internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are effectively implemented and embedded.
- Build high performing teams ensuring clear direction and objective setting to team members, providing opportunities for personal development through coaching and on-going training.
- Monitor and ensure delivery against the functions operational budget.
