Job description
Ruskington Chestnut Street Church of England Primary Academy is a busy but friendly school, with lots going on. We encourage a school community where everyone is equally valued. At the school, high standards and expectations are set for each and every one. We believe this encourages children to become independent, self-reliant and responsible members of the school and wider community and sets them up for primary school and beyond.
The Church School and British Values we teach the children are the foundations to our school and underpin our curriculum. We all demonstrate how we care, believe and grow through our six School Values: Trust, Compassion, Perseverance, Respect, Forgiveness and Honesty.
We are seeking to appoint a high quality and efficient Clerical Assistant, to start in September 2023.
You will be required to work 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks a year (term time + 5 days).
Working hours will be 8.30am – 4.00pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and 8.30am – 1.00pm on Tuesday.
The successful candidate will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills, high expectations and a real commitment to achieving the very highest of standards. Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential.
In return we can offer you:
· A strong senior leadership team who will provide mentoring, support and advice.
· A supportive and hardworking team.
· The challenge of working in a forward-looking school and Trust.
· An exciting opportunity to help shape the future of the school within a supportive framework.
· A planned programme of quality professional development.
Visits to our school are warmly welcomed and encouraged.
For an informal discussion or to organise a visit please contact Rachel Bishop, Business and Operations Partner.
