Job description
- Support the centre management in supervising a team of colleagues in delivering exceptional customer service
- Improve the standards of the facility
- Complete the tasks to ensure the standards of the facility meet company expectations
- Act as duty manager when trained if required
- Undertake routine administration as required meeting quality and deadlines
- Support the centre’s work towards Quest, IiP, ISO 14001, 45001 and other awards
- Start shifts on time
- Wear uniform as per the company standard
- Take appropriate action when identifying faults and hazards following all H&S Procedures
- Undertake cleaning task as per schedule and ensure schedules are signed off when done to correct standard
- Ensure safety and operation checks are completed as required
- Ensure equipment setups are completed safely, to the required standard and on time.
- Ensure all pool supervision is completed according to Everyone Active standards
- Achieve standards described in operations manuals
- Enforce Normal Operating Procedures at all times
- Ensure all energy reduction actions are undertaken on a daily basis throughout your shift
- Follow Emergency Action Plan procedures at site
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00 per year
