Experienced Support Workers Required!
Are you an experienced Support Worker, with a passion to make a difference in people’s lives?
Do you have at least 6 months experience in the Care Industry?

Working for Bailey Care you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of services in the area.
This particular service is a residential school near Chippenham. Here you will be supporting young people between the ages of 8 and 19.
You will be supporting individuals with special educational needs, mental health needs, learning difficulties and autism, the young people may exhibit behaviours that may challenge at times.
Here you will strive to provide a sense of stability and enable each individual to access extracurricular activities and help to build their confidence and independence!
You will have a can-do attitude and be able to adapt to the different services you will be attending.
You will promote choice as your number one priority, and you will support each individual to achieve their dreams and be as independent as possible.
You will understand that each individual will have varying needs, and you will adjust your support accordingly, following support plans to enable you to be able to deliver high-quality person-centred care to the individuals you support to enable them to live a fulfilling life.

This is a temporary role where you can pick and choose your own hours around your own availability.
