The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to lead our Academic Admin Support team who will play a key role in achieving our aims.
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the team, ensuring adherence to Arden University's policies, guidelines, and regulations. You will lead the team in coordinating, supporting, and administering matters related to teaching and accurate payment processing for non-academic activities as well as reporting regularly on performance against departmental KPIs.
As a leader you will also champion continuous improvement and work closely with other departments to ensure processes and policies are efficient, effective, and adaptable whilst establishing a positive and professional culture, the leader will encourage a collaborative approach to successful service delivery to all stakeholders.
About You:
You will have experience in managing and leading teams in a fast-paced, high volume data processing environment and should be able to plan and progress work independently. It's important you have a growing awareness of developments in higher education and a clear understanding of regulations and codes of conduct relevant to the role.
Experience in motivating teams, achieving targets/KPIs, and delivering process and service improvements through technology is also necessary as well as experience in leading a team through periods of change.
Experience of using technology to report on team progress and performance e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Power Bi, O365 tools etc are desirable and it is essential you possess excellent communication, presentation, planning, and organising skills, empathy, and strong listening and mediation skills.
