Job description
Finance Directorate are a busy department that supports all teams across NHG. We exist to make sure the finances of the organisation are managed effectively, and we support our operational teams in delivering services to our customers We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join the Finance team on a fixed term basis as a Team Co-ordinator, playing a key role supporting the running of the team. Main Responsibilities You'll get to work with a range of colleagues, customers and other stakeholders with diverse needs and requirements, so we'll expect you to be an amazing relationship and rapport builder. We have lots of important requests from across the finance team and other teams in NHG which we will need you to work on and deliver to often challenging deadlines. You'll need to work well under pressure delivering a 'can do' and high-quality support service in an area where attention to detail is critical but knowing that you'll be part of a friendly and supportive team. Your day-to-day work will vary - you could be updating systems, collating business information, organising meetings and team activities, providing reports, processing invoices, maintaining our internal website, taking minutes, and dealing with enquiries from other teams and also our customers. For this reason, you'll have some experience of administration, be proficient with Microsoft Office and be able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
