Job Title: Team Assistant with some PA duties
Location: London (W)
Salary: £25K + pension and 31 days of holidays, including BH
Working hours: 9.30 AM – 6PM (working from office)
Our client is an emerging production company whose team is rapidly expanding (the team’s size doubled in only 6 months!).
They produce films and TV shows that are developed by their team.
They are currently looking for a person who can join as a Team Assistant, as well as support the Legal & Finance team. This is a very exciting role! The position is new and therefore, you would be the first person working on the office coordination. We are looking for someone with exceptional problem-solving skills, happy to work in a role which offers variety and where more structure needs to be put in place. This is a start-up company and flexibility is a must.

About the role:
- Providing assistance to the Financial & Legal Team.
- Proof-reading of all legal and financial documents to ensure the delivery of work of the highest quality – your English must be articulate.
- Interacting with clients to collect mandatory documentation required, reviewing and verifying documentation received.
- Responsible to file all the documents and keeping track of them. Knowledge of expense reporting, billing and dictation is desirable.
- Processing invoices from suppliers and raising invoices to customers. Some basic accounting knowledge would be helpful, although will be trained on how to process invoices from suppliers and how to raise invoices for customers.
- Supporting in organising client’s events and office events; collecting documentation for meetings and circulating agendas in advance; carrying out research as required, booking video/conference calls, meeting rooms and required refreshments, and making lunch and dinner reservations.
- Organising diaries, keeping notes and scheduling meetings to setting up conferences and assisting with travel trips.
- Support the legal and finance team on research in law and finance and tax matters – Some knowledge of legal, finance, tax terminology is required.
Requirements
- Fluency in English. Any additional languages are a plus but not a requirement.
- Problem-solving skills and highly organised – previous experience in office roles such as Team Assistant / PA / Legal & Finance Assistant
- Flexible attitude – this is a start-up company; you will join a small but growing team; currently there are 12 people in the company.
- Computer and IT: proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Excel and power point
This role is for you if you like to get involved in multiple aspects of the business. Flexibility and hands-on approach are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- London West: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
