We're seeking an organised and confident person to join us a Team Administrator.
We have new opportunities in our Great Northern-Thameslink Business Support Team to work as a Team Administrator; you will based at Kings Cross Station reporting to the Business Support Manager. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing high quality Administrative Support to the Thameslink and Great Northern Management Teams
- Working in partnership with other departments within TLGN and the wider business to ensure that all team activities are co-ordinated and support the overall priorities of the Business Support Team, including promoting successes and engagement with colleagues.
You should possess the following:
- Proven Experience in an Administrative role (Essential)
- Previous note taking experience (Essential)
- Highly literate in the use of IT Systems (Essential)
- Competent in using performance systems such as TRUST,P2, CCF and Bugle (Desirable)
- Experience working in a pressurised environment (Essential)
- Strong organisational and planning skills - with an ability to prioritise effectively - (Essential)
- The potential to explore and interpret data thoroughly, with a high attention to detail and correctness (Essential)
- Educated to GCSE or A Level standard (Essential)
