Job description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sports Center Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all staff members are providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and recreation, a keen eye for detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the sports center.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
- Supervise staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Organise special events and tournaments.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the sports center.
- Ensure that the facility is properly maintained.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £23,000.00 per year
