We are proud to partner one of London’s most innovative technology organisations in their search for a Customer Success Executive. This is a key role which is likely to progress quickly for the right candidate.
Customer Success Executive is a pivotal role in the process of developing new and evolving key existing relationships as the company continues to deliver their strategic growth plans.
You will help shape policies and processes, working with our customer base in order to understand their ever-changing needs adding value at each stage of the process. You will be based 2 days a week in central London, the rest remotely working from home.

Customer Success Executive – Key Responsibilities
- Support the wider Customer Success Team
- Manage key client operational relationships
- Customer Communications
- Be the ‘go between’ for the client and development team
- Share Best Practice
- Maintain CRM system
Customer Success Executive – Requirements
- Experience in a Customer Success environment
- Proven success in Customer Service, preferably with a software company (but not essential)
- Those with experience in SaaS and Public Sector will be at an advantage, though this is in no way necessary
