Hours: 37 hours (negotiable and term time only)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the James Marks Academy Trust as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) primarily based at Roman Fields Academy, but could be asked to work across Trust sites as and when needed (mileage can be claimed).
This is a diverse roll with opportunities to work in different subject areas. Applicants must be flexible in their approach to enable our pupils to succeed and flourish therefore maximising their potential.
This post has been created to support the increasing number of pupils we have at Roman Fields. Ideally, the successful candidate should have experience supporting core subjects previously and a willingness to learn.
All the pupils who access the provision have an EHC plan. The vast majority of our pupils’ have a primary need related to autism, others for their social emotional and mental health needs. If you are that energetic visionary, with the ability to motivate and empower pupils to maximise their potential and want to be part of something special, we would welcome your application.
