Teaching Assistant to start in September 2023 (or earlier) - £76 per day, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only, Ongoing Contract. Woking
Looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant in Woking, our client is a secondary school with SEND pupils. As a Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will be critical in supporting the school's mission to provide high-quality education and care for its students.
The ideal Teaching Assistant will have a passion for working with children and possess a range of skills and traits that enable them to excel in this role. They will be patient, and compassionate, and have a strong ability to communicate with children of all ages and backgrounds. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have a can-do attitude.
Although formal qualifications are not required, the Teaching Assistant should have relevant experience working in a nursery setting, childcare, or with the elderly with learning disabilities. Experience in volunteering, after-school clubs or holiday clubs will also be desirable.
The role is from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only, including five inset days. This temp-to-perm positio n offers an opportunity to work in a beautiful, well-resourced school easily accessible by public transport.
