Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2) classes.
Collaborating with teachers to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students.
Implementing individualized education plans and supporting students with diverse abilities.
Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

A degree in any discipline, with strong subject knowledge in English and Maths.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
Previous experience working with children, whether paid or voluntary, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Emotional intelligence and the ability to support a diverse range of pupils.
