A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our BA Finance Team.
We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to support the delivery of the Finance Business Plan, monitoring of weekly Business Performance and forecasting of Balance Sheet (including Cash Flow). You will play a crucial role in providing financial insights, analysis, and support to our organisation, enabling us to make informed decisions and achieve our business objectives.
With excellent senior stakeholder exposure across BA and the IAG Group, you will be supporting the team to deliver the long-term Business Plan and monitoring of near-term key performance indicators.
Duties will include –
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver the business plan, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, financial targets, and operational initiatives.
- Conduct monthly cash and balance sheet forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial data and insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models, tools, and dashboards to enable effective financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
- Weekly business performance reporting to BA and IAG Management Committees
- Quarterly competitor analysis
- Collaborate with BA Strategy for delivery of key outputs
- Prepare and present financial reports, presentations, and insights to various stakeholders (up to Board level)
An Accounting qualification (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA) or equivalent, and the ability to both devise and follow through on profit improvement programmes are required for this role.
