We are looking to recruit a Teaching Administrator to provide professional administrative support to Business School courses within a creative and changing academic environment: supporting teaching and assessment processes for a number of courses; engaging with undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate taught (PGT) students, course organisers and the academic community. To contribute to and deliver an exceptional and distinctive experience for our students.
The Opportunity:

Your skills and attributes for success:
- Accurate, thorough and methodical approach, for example, data entry, checking of marks on the Assessment and Progression Tool (APT)
- Competent and proven digital and IT skills; Microsoft Office applications – Word, PowerPoint, Excel – including Office 365 and SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, email, web.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise a demanding workload as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, helpful, approachable and confident manner towards students and staff.
- Able to make own decisions and exercise judgement.
