Have you got experience in a 360 Talent Acquisition position? Are you knowledgeable in sourcing techniques to attract outstanding talent? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Talent Specialist in our Start up Talent Acquisition Team.
As part of this role, you will contribute to the effective delivery and execution of our Start Up hiring plan. Reporting to the Senior Talent Partner, you will focus on talent acquisition for Admiral Pioneer and Admiral Money, hiring from C-Suite level, to IT, Marketing, Finance and through to entry level positions to join our growing start up businesses. You will assist with talent mapping, data-driven reporting, diversity and inclusion, and promotion of the company culture. The role will have a close working relationship with the Candidate Experience Consultants and will require a strategic approach to ensure the desired business headcount requirements. You will have the opportunity to make a material difference to the company by identifying and attracting the best talent.
This role will require you to work between your home and the office in Cardiff 1-2 times a week.
Main duties
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, liaising with stakeholders on requirements and develop direct recruitment solutions
- Resourcing and qualification of candidates that match your Hiring Managers criteria for the role.
- Management of both Hiring managers and candidates’ expectations whilst maintaining SLA’s for Time to Hire guidelines.
- Screening and qualifying candidates via telephone/Teams
- Contacting potential candidates directly via LinkedIn Recruiter InMail / ATS / Sourcebreaker and other methods
- Working with the Talent Partner and Hiring Manager to connect business hiring priorities to relevant sourcing strategies
- Developing, updating, and maintaining a network of candidates whilst using marketing techniques to attract candidates
- Ensure robust adherence to SLA’s for Time to Hire guidelines
- Understand the importance of the candidate's experience and the ability to always operate with a brand protection mindset
- Ability to think creatively and design innovative sourcing campaigns (includes advanced Boolean search skills) to engage passive candidates
- Provide an excellent Hiring manager and candidate experience
- Job offer management including counter offer
- Investigate ways to improve our recruitment process to attract the best candidates
Requirements
You will ideally have:
- Experience in 360 Talent Acquisition in either an agency or in-house setting focusing on various discipline/verticals
- Experience in proactively sourcing candidates using relevant recruiter tools (LinkedIn recruiter, source breaker etc)
- Experience working creatively and designing innovative sourcing campaigns (includes advanced Boolean search skills) to engage passive candidates
- Experience negotiating role requirements, offers and counteroffers
- Experience managing workload across multiple vacancies whilst providing best-in-class service to candidates
