An exciting opportunity has become available to support our rapidly growing offshore wind business as a HR Generalist, based in London.
This position will see you report to the HR Shared Services Manager and will support our global offshore wind business, which is responsible for the successful management and delivery of a pipeline of more than 20GW of offshore wind projects. You will be a well-organized HR generalist who is able to support HR processes through the full employee lifecycle, within an agile environment focused on providing a great employee experience.

Our 20+ GW offshore wind development portfolio is one of the largest in the world, spanning established and emerging markets, as well as floating and traditional fixed-bottom technologies. These next generation offshore wind projects will help form the backbone of the net-zero global energy system while meeting the energy needs of communities and corporate offtakers sustainably, reliably, safely and responsibly.
This role would be suitable if you are an experienced HR Generalist with great at attention to deal, able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment, interested in a start up environment and with a focus on good customer service.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of HRIS and other HR systems
- Draft and distribute contracts of employment
- Manage effective onboarding of new hires
- Benefits administration for new hires and changes
- Manage the offboarding process
- Responsible for smaller country payroll inputs and checking
- Provide support for benefits and payroll data
- Timely management of HR queries
- Provide policy and process advice as well as managing internal approvals
- Produce regular / ad-hoc reports
- Immigration administration
- Maintenance of spreadsheets
- Assist in managing consistent HR communications
To be successful in this role, you would be a solution focused HR generalist who is able to organize their tasks to meet timelines with great communication skills both written and verbal. You will also have demonstrated ability to operate a board range of computer packages (Microsoft applications and HRIS).
