About Our Client
Page Personnel are currently working with an accountancy firm based in Newcastle who are looking for a credit control administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis. This role will be well suited to a candidate who has had a similar role previously.
Job Description
Duties will include:
- Identify opportunities to help improve the quality, and efficiency of the Firms credit control
- Issuing statements
- Issuing chasing emails/letters
- Chasing outstanding debts
- Issuing copy invoices as required
- Production of debtor reports as required for Finance Director
- Communicate internally, which jobs are on stop because of non-payment
- Production of quarterly payroll invoices
- Ensure the internal admin for the Firm's Insurance investigation insurance (currently with Abbey Tax) is up to date and accurate
- Setting up BACS payments when requested
- Setting up Direct Debit mandates
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
Worked within a similar background (desirable)
Ability to work with Excel
Positive attitude
Clear communication skills
Positive can - do attitude
Ability to build relationships with both clients and staff members
