What you will be doing...
As our new Talent Sourcing Specialist, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll be working with our existing team to build and develop internal and external relationships helping us to maintain our excellent candidate experience. You’ll get access to a variety of tools to unearth and introduce new candidates to help us fill some business-critical positions. You’ll also get real access to key stakeholders, being able to showcase your talents in providing advice and expertise on how to fill a host of quite challenging roles. To help you achieve this, you'll work in a hybrid environment - we're in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to help with collaboration.

What you'll be doing:
- You’ll be sourcing new talent, and introducing them to hiring managers. You’ll have access to a wide range of stakeholders here, working closely with the GM of Web Analytics, the Head of HR Ops, the Business Analysis Manager and the GM of UX and Marketing.
- While sourcing new talent, you’ll keep current and existing candidates engaged, sharing industry information and news about Jet2.com and Jet2holidays that will resonate and pique their interest.
- You’ll also become a market data expert, using one of the key tools we have invested in. You’ll pick up market knowledge on salary and benefits benchmarking, competitor activity and changes to technology.
- You’ll have some experience in talent sourcing strategies, utilising Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter and x-ray searches.
- You’ll be proactive – never needing to be asked twice.
- You’ll be able to think outside the box. Sometimes the tools we have might not give us the right candidate, you’ll be responsible for finding new ways to find that candidate.
