This role will help shape our ambition to develop distinctive and inclusive leaders, who in turn, connect and inspire our Partners to thrive, grow and fulfil their potential at the Partnership.

As we look to further our distinctive approach, we are looking for creative, disruptive, thoughtful and differentiated approaches to talent development. Your ability to stimulate, influence and bring energy to this space through experience of innovating within the leadership talent and performance field is crucial.

We are looking for someone naturally curious, resourceful with a passion for purpose. You'll be comfortable and skilled at working and influencing at a senior stakeholder level, with a credible, articulate style and approach.

Whilst you will be recognised as a deep domain expert in the Partnership, your ability to translate that thinking into practical action with demonstrable progress on key outcomes will differentiate you as the right candidate for the team.

If you feel you have the experience and personal impact required, then we would love to hear from you.

In this role you will work alongside and closely with the Director of Learning and Talent and our business-facing Senior Talent Partners, in shaping and delivering future-proofed products and policies to support our talent, development and performance propositions. Collaboration with Senior Talent Partners and the Leadership Development team to ensure appropriate individual executive development plans are in place to support succession plans, as well as development of our leadership cohorts

Leading on the Executive talent discussions and approach, ensuring they are action focused, outcome based including driving specific talent management and talent mobility initiatives. Key to this will be developing a holistic and aggregated enterprise wide view on our senior leader capability gaps and plans

Working closely with the Director of Talent & Learning to ensure frequent updates and assurances to the Executive team, Partnership Board and Nominations Committee on the health and diversity of our executive pipeline and whether leadership development is meeting the needs of the Partnership pipeline

Partnering with the Executive Talent Acquisition Lead to develop external pipeline strategies for our executive and leadership succession, including new capability builds

Provide thought leadership and expertise in building sustainable and high impact talent strategies, leveraging previous experiences to create a compelling proposition in this arena

Provide thought leadership and best practice to all psychometric assessments and development tools used across the Partnership, from recruitment to development, to provide a seamless and world class experience to our Partners at all levels
