Responsible for attracting great people to lululemon, the Talent Acquisition department seeks out the people in the world that would add to lululemon in values and culture. As a strategic partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition team finds both internal and external talent to foster the growth of our organization.
Based in London. Reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.
a day in the life:
- Manages full cycle recruiting processes, including, but not limited to, sourcing, applicant screening, facilitating interviews, advising hiring managers and extending job offers
- An innate connector who loves to build pipelines and deep networks of diverse talent across industries and geographies
- A passionate creator of game changing candidate experience
- Fosters a culture of wide-ranging recruitment practices
- Design and execute creative (uniquely lululemon), multi-channel opportunities for sourcing passive and active candidates with a focus for our Product Organisation (Merchandising)
- Be a subject matter expert with the EMEA region, create and build talent pipeline for future organization growth, bring our employer brand awareness to local communities and networks.
- Be a part of living into and creating the online and offline employer brand story
- Be a support to the programs and work of the mobility team during candidate relocations
- User of global technology tools related to applicant tracking, candidate database and recruitment tools
- Innovative, creative, out of the box developer and designer of recruitment strategies
- 5+ years of experience in the work of recruitment, preferably 3+ years within the EMEA region
- Fluent in English and French or Spanish is a preferred skill to have
- Proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods including direct sourcing, social recruiting and traditional methods
- Experience working with technology tools related to applicant tracking system, candidate database and reporting
- Negotiation and influencing skills required
