- To manage the running of a safe and efficient warehouse operation
- working within and developing clear guidelines to help achieve Operational Standards
- defined outcomes for your responsibility area / shift approach
- Achieve a high degree of joint ownership of quality and compliance strategies with all of the major stakeholders in the company
- To establish new standards of operation and manage the change of mindset to Standardization and Continuous Improvement
- Manage a Warehouse Operations with guidelines and regulations
- Analyze and understand health and safety related risks for our associates, take action to reduce or eliminate these risks according to a prioritized plan
- Communicate Objectives & KPIs applicable to your team (Second Line Leadership)
- Align the expected frequency for tracking , how the results are calculated and on which report they can find the results
- Facilitate communication to new leaders in respective teams, as part of the onboarding process

- Previous operations experience
- Experience in team management - Multi cultured environment
