The Role
As a customer delivery driver and the face of the company, we'll need you to safely deliver new and used vehicles from car to Class 1 HGV’s. We are a small family run business that is 100% customer focus. We have around 3000 vehicles on Contract Hire. This role will include preparing and quality checking the vehicles for delivery to a high stand. You will need to be able to use you own initiative to carry out day to day activities. The work is very varied and you will not be out delivering vehicles every day.
We collect vehicles from body builder move vehicles to sign writers, body repair centres. The working hours will be 50 hours per week with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break, Monday to Friday. The hours are not 08:00 till 18:00 they are varied due to the needs of our business and our customers business. All training will be given.
The Requirements
- Must hold a valid HGV licence - Category 'C+E
- Must hold a Digital Tachogragh card and Full Driver CPC Full UK
- Team Player Good Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good Knowledge of driver's hours, rules, and regulations
- Can work well in a Team or by themselves
- Ability to undertake manual work
- Flexible approach to working hours

- Work as part of the team in providing delivery and collection services to our clients

Salary: £32,500.00-£37,000.00 per year
